Hello, I am curious where people are getting the idea that Victor divorced Bessie and married Erika. I can tell you with 100% certainty that Victor remained married to his wife Bessie until he passed away in 2008.

We were both wrong about the spelling, the correct spelling is Schiantarelli. It was William R.Schaintarelli who was the gardener for the Augsbury's. He was the one who lived at 222 Maple. In the 1969 criss cross city directory it showed Mignon Augsbury as still living at 3799 Washington and Cherry. But it was found later that Victor and his wife Erica Schiantarelli were the ones living there. (At that time there were two homes on Maple that were under "construction") 3799 is the home at Washington and Cherry. I just went on line to check the SF city directories Those directorys are on line now thank goodness. 3799 was the house that we were all told Hunter lived at in Oct 1969, Ed and I proved that was not true, Hunter was still living on Lyon at that time. Harry Martin was surprized when I let him know that. Hello, I am curious where people are getting the idea that Victor divorced Bessie and married Erika. I can tell you with 100% certainty that Victor remained married to his wife Bessie until he passed away in 2008. There was more than one person named Victor Schiantarelli. Victor Schiantarelli born in 1928 was married to Bessie. Victor Schiantarelli born in 1940 was married to Erika.

I do believe that the Stine shooting was premeditated.Don't believe that Stine was undercover for the SF Chron. I don't believe Don Harden wrote the Christmas card to Donna's sister. I think Z was right handed, hid his gun in his right hand, while seated in the front seat, then turned towards Paul, quickly put the gun to his head and shot with his right hand. I do believe that the bloody print was Zodiac's who left it there by mistake, after removing his gloves to get into Stine's pockets.I don't believe that Zodiac took Stine's glasses and wore them, he wore his own. I love it when I find out that I am right about something. I just found out from Tom V who got some inside information about Paul Stine's glasses. The glasses were put into the evidence room along with everything else in the Stine case.

I suspect a doctored or custom 9mm bullet was used if not a silencer A 9mm with only 1/4 of the normal powder will give a 200'p sec. Or a bit more Flight and pressed against his head may be like a only knock heard

The shot was heard by the people on the opposite corner of Cherry and Washington. Judith who was a friend of mine has sense passed away, she was very close to Tom V and told us her friends lived in that home south west of the corner on Cherry and Washington and told her they heard the shot. A 9mil isn't so loud that you need to have ear plugs. It is just louder than a 22. I haven't had to wear ear plugs when shooting any guns,I have shot double barrel shot gun and didn't wear ear plugs ( That was very loud! ) Putting a gun next to the head of the victim will take most of the sound, when it is a contact shot. That is almost like using a silencer.
Davb, My guess is that if it were a doctored bullet the lab would have been able to determine that, I would hope?
