Hi guys,
As usual I have been looking into certain aspects of Zodiac and was looking into Japanese characters of the alphabet where there was some similarity to Zodiac's characters used in some of his codes. I had been searching different terms when Korean language came up and I spotted a lot of similarity to the Zodiac's Exorcist Letter.
There are characters in the Korean Language (Hangul) that correspond to the Exorcist cipher as well as some of the symbols I have seen in the Halloween Card especially the L & F style characters, you can read about the Hangul Language here

I'm not sure what the code may mean, Hangul was written right to left up until 1980's so I would guess that Zodiac would also follow this rule, what I have managed to make out so far is F in opposite direction stands for a Kiuek/K, the L upside down g/k and L = n, whereas the straight line _ = eu
The small dot/square can represent Yang (the sun and heavens) The straight Line _ is Yin (the flat earth) The vertical line I represents the human mediator between heaven and earth. You can see these symbols here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hangul#/media/File:Hangul_Vowel_Diag.svg
If anyone knows Korean that would be ideal to see if Zodiac did write a message in Korean, could Zodiac have been fluent in Korean? if he had been in Korea for several years in military he may have picked it up.
Found this great video showing how to learn Korean in a half hour, needless to say I've still not worked it out lol, hopefully you guys will do better
