I have just viewed that website supplied,Davb.
I wonder who this person could be ? As with about 2,000 others,I have a solution for the ''my name is cipher ----''.It is an address,as opposed to a name, and have handed it over to US Feds, with the Celebrity Cypher solution. It would not be wise of me to reveal,at this stage, but does refer indirectly to a certain gentleman of history,by the name Robert E.Lee. [....no surprises, then ! ...].
Perhaps, most of us,like you, find themselves in the ''undecided'' category, when it comes to voting [?].It appears that for Donald Trump, his ''women's vote'' has been ''wiped out'' and,is largely irretrievable [?].That ''locker room'' talk, has cost him dear [?].
Both my sisters are married to American men [Florida and Texas].Naturally, all their children were born in the UK.Pre-natal,natal,and Post-natal care didn't cost them a penny [!].Plus.mothers get weekly child allowance money. In some respects,The UK is a ''pushover''[!].
In 1968,the 36th President of The United States,Lyndon Johnson, announced that he would not be running for a second term. Many were surprised.
As a journalist once wrote : ''If you upset the ''Mothers of America'',you are finished.''.Mr.Johnson had been responsible for sending too many ''Mother's sons'',to a country called Vietnam, who were never to return. He knew that he had upset these young men's mothers, and that his time was up.
A question was perhaps answered, last night,in the final debate between Presidential candidates,Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.Had Trump upset too many ''Mothers of America'' ? This time, over his ''locker room banter'',with regard to their daughters.
It appears that Trump had,at least, ridden the storm.Mr.Trump explained himself, and added that,''No one has more respect for women, than me...no one !''.It remains to be seen if he has been forgiven.
Many would have observed a much more polished performance from Mr.Trump.He remained ''Bullish'',but demonstrated that he,as a relative outsider, was coming to terms with ''this thing they call political debate''.Mrs.Clinton remained composed and ''professional''.Ironically, excelling in an area of the debate related to the issue of Abortion.Eloquently articulating her stance on the rights of mothers,on this, particularly emotive issue.
The final debate, many would have agreed, was a good advertisement for democracy ''in action''.And,the final three weeks of respective campaigns looks like being a more ''palatable'' period.
Donald Trump is trailing Hillary Clinton by,between 4% and 9%,in the opinion polls. It is clear that he is the candidate, having to do the chasing. But,this is not an insurmountable task, and he will have taken some consolation from the final debate, that some mothers may have forgiven him.
For one though, who was interviewed, after the debate, holding her head in her hands, she simply said : ''I hate this election.''.
I would say that your figures, are pretty accurate,Davb.Though,British health care is not related to personal taxation, except ''distantly'',in relation to State pensions.
The 4%-9% lead for Mrs.Clinton, was taken directly after the final debate.Perhaps less women have forgiven Mr.Trump, than initially assessed [?].
What an ''absolute expert'' informs us,is that Trump has to win Florida and Pennsylvania on Election Day,to have any chance of securing the Presidency.
One assumes that, deep down,Trump knows that the final two weeks of campaigning,is going to be an uphill battle. But strangely, these sorts of odds, can liberate a person.I suspect that Donald Trump will come across as quite a ''relaxed'' person,in the final fortnight [?].
Just one day to go,before the American electorate decide who shall become their next President, and unofficial leader of the Free world.
Most opinion polls suggest a one percent lead for Mrs.Hillary Clinton over Mr.Donald Trump.Perhaps ''too close to call'',although many political pundits suggest that Mrs.Clinton already has it in the bag.
UK based American comedian and satirist,Rich Hall, recently got into trouble for suggesting that to aspire to become the Governor of Florida, was like wanting to become the manager of the largest Digitas clinic,in the world.
Nevertheless, perhaps his sobering words on becoming US President, are worthy of a mention [?] :
''Every American President knows that there is a 5% chance that they will be assassinated - and a 100% chance that they will be ''Character Assassinated''.''
''Accusing your political opponent of ''Beastiality''might be considered underhand - but if your opponent finds himself having to deny that he f**ks pigs, then you know that you have him beaten.''
Not so long ago,Mr.Donald Trump found himself in a situation, not so dissimilar, with the ''mysterious'' leaking of ''The Groping Tapes''.
But,he managed to pick himself up,and dust himself down.
With just eight States to be called,Trump has managed to pull off an unlikely victory,in the 2016 US Presidential Election.
Congratulations to ''The Donald'' !
Commiserations to Mrs.Clinton....''You're fired''.
Hillary spent (the DNC) 1.3 bbbilllion on the campain ads, etc the Donald 240 million (RNC ) I think they thought it was a lost cause. if he gets to be too novice or crazy they will be angling for impeachment IMO , all hail POTUS Pence
Some extraordinary statistics on campaign funding,Davb. The disparity is quite glaring - about 5:1 - not least the quantity of dollars,of which Mrs.Clinton was able to avail herself [?].
It sort of puts into focus the power that the ''political establishment'' wield, and highlights even more, the malaise of their arrogance in believing they ''sit'' unchallenged, and immovable [?].
The Bush/Clinton ''dynasty'' has now been swept aside - perhaps of more significance, than Trump's ''stunning'' victory [?].Those in Washington that thought that they had a job for life, had better watch out - Mr.Trump comes armed with more than a brush and dustpan [!].He certainly intends to do some ''House cleaning''.
Yes,I think everyone is still reeling from what took place last night - whether it be tears of sadness - or the euphoria of a change to come.

In the wake of Hillary Clinton's Presidential Election defeat, the recriminations have started to rear their ugly heads. One,in particular, placed as an ''effigy'' of blame,is The Director of the FBI,James Comey, whom Mrs Clinton sees as having halted her momentum,by suggesting that Mrs Clinton might still face charges, over e-mails.
As followers of Mrs Clinton take to the streets,in protest over a democratically enacted decision to give Donald Trump a chance, perhaps she might reflect that it was she who referred to Mr.Trump's followers as a ''Basket of Deplorables''.And it was she,who stood back, sassy and fragrant,as Mr,Trump had to answer for the political equivalent,of being accused of sharing carnal knowledge with farmyard animals.
It was always going to be a dirty fight, and so it proved to be.It just so happens that Mr.Trump, with only 20% of Mrs Clinton's campaign funding available, came out the victor.
Those that have taken to the streets, might better serve their self-respect,by dropping in at the nearest library, and reading up on the definition of Democracy [?].

Some interesting voting statistics have emerged,in Mr.Trump's victory over Mrs.Clinton.
Clearly, there was often controversy in some of Trump's rhetoric,on the campaign trail, particularly with respect to perceived ethnicity inferences.
As it turned out,it was African American voters who most conspicuously gave Trump a ''wide berth'',with only,at most, one in twelve, supporting the businessman turned politician.
Despite Trump's ''rumblings''[...and ramblings..] about the need to build a wall on the Mexican border, and suggestions of the deportation of illegal immigrants in large numbers,Trump still secured an average of two out of five of the Latino vote.
There is evidence that Trump held a solid Muslim vote, despite raising questions related to this religion. One can only assume that the generally accepted fear of religious fundamentalism,in any form, was a message taken by voters.
Given that it was always going to be the case that Trump would require a large white vote,in order to win,the question of how many women could he hope to attract, became more and more pertinent, following the leak of ''The Groping Tapes''.As it transpires,Trump did surprisingly well, securing more than 50% of the woman's vote in a number of States.
Trump's victory was a surprise to almost everyone, and many are still wondering how he managed to achieve it.Some observers have noted that, voters that are uncertain, will tend to choose the candidate, whom they consider appears to have the most human qualities - warts and all.
Mr.Trump will be the first person to understand that his tenure is probationary - and,at the behest of the people.Acquiring their confidence and faith in him to act in their best interests, will be his priority.

It's a fascinating voting system in the USA,with the Presidential Election.I presume that Electoral College numbers are based on population distribution [?] - but ''first past the post'',is quite ruthless, when a whole State is at stake.
For Mr.Trump,the State of Ohio,with 18 votes,was an early indicator,that he was in with a chance of winning.But,even the ''experts'',still didn't believe it,at the time [!].
Yes,7K is a hefty chunk for health insurance.Trump promises ''health reform'' - but so has almost every President, before him [?].Obama maintains he increased ''availability'' for another 2 million - but as you have indicated,he doesn't mean to say that it was free.
In the UK,free health is sometimes seen as a ''mixed blessing''.It certainly was a ''godsend'' for the less well off, post WW2 generation. But it can be fraught with problems of fair and consistent implementation.Currently,80% of the doctors are on one-day strikes over work conditions. They are fine with the pay - its being expected to work unrealistic hours. However, the system is still ''the envy of the world'' - or so we are told [!].
The UK came close to being the first major economy to be debt free - until ''Brexit'' came along, and they voted out of Europe.Trump promises to end this multi trillion debt economy in the US,based largely on gold reserves.
Rubislaw32: Black Power salute. Another example is Rock n' Roll legend Jerry Lee Lewis who introduced his 13-year old bride to the British press (1958). A third is the case of FBI Director James Comey, who offered the Crown Office the stolen casefile of Joan Webster.

Rubislaw32: Moreover, a misconception that Donald Trump played Brutus to Comey's Caesar. No, no, no... Brutus was US Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein - Trump's ''Mr Peeps'', who had been parachuted in by US Attorney General Jeff Sessions - specially for the job.

Rubislaw32: Perhaps I should point out (?) that the most influential agency in this whole sorry Z-tale is the US DOJ, with over 100,000 employees, run by the US Deputy Attorney General. But, everyone is capable of failing to reach further than they are able to grasp.

Rubislaw32: It's difficult to assess whether William Grant was aware that he had been rumbled for his Z-fatherhood. Lafferty was given special dispensation to know that Grant had ''failed'' a Zodiac DNA match. But, allowed to disclose this, once Grant became deceased.

Rubislaw32: From Grant Thornton, forensic accountant: ''Time markers mutating aside, a father and son will have the exact same Y Chromosomes.''. For the other 50% of a son's DNA, these X Chromosomes are inherited from a son's mother. CA DOJ's W J Grant Z-bombshell ?

Rub--law32: For the Zodiac case, we should all be in ''Pam's corner'' regardless of anything else. And right now, it is CA DOJ and loyal CA PD's who are showing themselves up as wanting what is right and proper. As for the rest ? There is much that leaves desiring.

Rubislaw32: Superb ? As a consequence, 81 year old Kit Harrisson was found guilty of Brenda's murder, July 14th 1978. From re-investigation to conviction this year, it had taken 8 years of hard work. Harrisson's mistake ? Masturbating beside Brenda, after killing her.
Dec 5, 2023 7:49:30 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: Scottish residences for Z ? Although tenuous to some, The Scotch Tape Letter alluded to Brenda Page, 5 days following her brutal murder in Aberdeen. The ''facts'' are that Z's main motivation was to humiliate Dave Toschi with the letter. Mistake for Z.
Dec 5, 2023 7:43:23 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: And yes, the unsaid is likely the case: The ring-fenced 5 Bay area murders have always presented difficulties for a conviction with confidence. Comey ''ruined'' Joan Webster's case - so Emma's case might be the only chance left to secure a Z-conviction.
Dec 5, 2023 6:23:38 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: But, as I have made the point to a guest: ''You have to have the evidence.'' - a convenience Catch 22: He's not Zodiac without convicted of being so. Originally, Mulholland was juggling BOTH Z and Pan Am Lockerbie. The latter prioritizing the former, now.
Dec 5, 2023 5:53:01 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: Barged ? Well, time has moved on and a fresh conviction for Pan Am Lockerbie beckons. Emma's case is being fobbed off with a false solve (inferred), because it's in the way. A high chance it is Z's last one, and that he is still alive, residing on UK soil.
Dec 5, 2023 5:37:42 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: More particularly, the times Z spent near Inverness, Aberdeen & Glasgow respectively. At least that was the justification for David Cameron originally financing Frank Mulholland, anyway. But, appears like Emma is being barged by Pan Am Lockerbie, now.
Dec 5, 2023 5:24:06 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: the scandal was barely UK national news, as Comey's dismissal became ''World news''. A serious point is, that Crown Office solved Brenda Page & Renee MacRae (and hoped to solve Emma Caldwell), based on Z's residences in various parts of Scotland.
Dec 5, 2023 5:15:54 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: One could look at the Zodiac case from a UK perspective, in the last 9 years: The dismissal of James Comey became a consequence of what started as ''The Police Scotland Spying Scandal''. But, so few knew the reality, even in law enforcement circles, that..
Dec 5, 2023 5:10:24 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: The reality for Dave is, that he now exists to perpetuate the myth of an honest solve - if only to spare his own blushes. Or, until ordered otherwise - or even arrested by legitimate LE agencies involved in the case. Defeating the ends of justice, Dave O.
