What my suspect is saying to me on that recording was : I like your voice baby, bye -bye to you too. Then he breaths heavy and starts to say :oh ya , I want to.
That was when I picked up the phone to tell him off, but the coward hung up.
I know that it is hard for most to hear , but when you know what he said, then listen again , it is more clear. He is mostly whispering ,so it would be harder to recognise his real robotic voice.
The costume you see, is a copy of what the one looked like that was put in my car in Napa a day or so after the Lake B stabbings.
Napa PD find it hard to believe that the hood part of the costume was a painted paper sack, but that is what is truly was, because no one at that time other than Bryan Hartnell,could have known what it looked like. Even the Napa paper gave out the wrong description, so how would a prankster know what it looked like ?

(I need to add to the above post)
Bryan Hartnell did comment in one report, that he was able to see the collar of the killers jacket. There is no possible way that he could have seen a collar, if the costume was in one solid piece! It could only be seen if it was as I have been saying for years, it was in "two parts". The hood was made from a paper sack painted flat black to match the bib. The hood did not have a logo on it, it was only on the bib near the chest area about 3 inches across and very white. The costume had what I thought at the time I found it , was the color of mudd. Now I know those tiny spots were blood!
The only spot that had a reddish/ orange color was on the right side of the white logo. I thought it looked like the person who wore it, had eaten a hot dog or hamburger and the sauce dripped onto the costume.
