I say very clever .... the common used letters have to have multiple symbols or you could see the wording of the ciphers easily ,open up your thinking Rubislaw . E, usually the most used letter in any sentence would have or need the most symbols . this way it is nearly impossible to determine the common vowels ,which is a big piece to solving ciphers
you would have to buy the cipher to do / know what you stated ..... and it sounds like thats not happening , seriously cops don't mess with this
I see a credible solution to the remainder here , he gives some explanation to how he arrived at it the reverse image , for not displaying a vulgar message to children ? the zodiac is a big essay theme for 8th grade kids , has been for decades
still waiting for one for the NOBLE PLEASURE X3 ( credible reasoning solution)

That's really interesting about Zodiac becoming incorporated into school studies....as a sort of forerunner to ''Humanities'',I presume [?].
I have heard that ''he'' is being studied in some tertiary education courses, now.Particularly criminology related.
Yes,anything that awful site comes up with, would not surprise me.It would be different,if the author was offering the information for free - then one could just ''take it or leave it''.But being down 40 bucks, for the ''uninitiated'' - and still none the wiser, does demand some sympathy.
Hope readers will spread the word [?].There is a quite ''laughable'' warning,I see, that one should be prepared for the author's 340 solution [?].In that it may contain words that are derogatory to the gay community [?].
Does that mean that we should swallow a couple of Valium, before we indulge ourselves ?
With respect to ''Noble pleasure'',or the Rubislaw 32 solution,it really doesn't matter,if others are not convinced. It is ''what it is'',and have attempted to explain it,as much as I am able.Law Enforcement have had access to it,for about two years now,and there are indications that it has made an impact on their investigations. Not least, that ''A Zodiac'' has acquired usable French Language, and has probably traveled extensively, after 1974.Most probably,a stay in Western Europe,if not France itself.
Having put the solution into the public domain [...with thanks to Ricardo....],I feel more free to consider other so called unconfirmed correspondences, some of which relating to the Celebrity Cypher.
Think...''Robert E.Lee'',and you will have, not only Zodiac's personal secret nickname, but the key to much of his antics.
In fairness,I suppose,to Davb's inference, and what has been offered to Law Enforcement - ''they'' are aware of ''other factors'',in the ''whole equation''.
This would include specific primary motive of Zodiac, including details to substantiate.
But nothing is a given,in this life, and resources that Law Enforcement are willing to invest, should be allowed a free run, with no extra interference [?].
Looking at the case of The Zodiac Killer,as a whole,a number of factors came together,to create, what can only be described as a ''Great American Tragedy''.These include WW2,and the ''circumstances'' of movement of people;Teenage delinquency;abuse of library facilities;and the fascination with motor cars.
What makes the case, perhaps, almost surreal,is that all these ''factors'' came together in the very place that happened to be,for that brief moment in history, the artistic and cultural center of the world.
As the saying goes : ''You just couldn't make this stuff up.''.
I don't see $40 being a dasterdly deed, if he has a very good solution & code key that gives this solution. Guess Rubislaw never bought a Grisham . Patterson , Coons crime novel for $25-30 ,either I beleive every Z cipher has a rather simple solution
Rub--law32: But maybe ?: Feb 6th 1980, to FBI Director Webster from a CA address: ''I am very pleased with your ABSCAM investigation. I would like to remind you that organized crime smuggles 90% of its drugs as raw & processed sugar thru the C&H Sugar Co., Benicia.''.

Rubislaw32: SF Examiner, August 4th 1969: ''When the girls failed to return home by 6:30 pm, Deborah's father Glen Furlong called police.''. Interestingly perhaps, two dates appear assigned to Vallejo on Bryan's door. There is no record of Z ever mentioning Benicia.
Sept 30, 2023 6:09:08 GMT -8
Rub--law32: Z's Dripping Pen card of Nov 8th 1969 claimed for 7 murders, and included the month of August (Aug). This accounts for the false claim of girls Snoozy & Furlong. Why not written on Bryan's car door ? It was:''6.30'' - time girls should have been home by.

Rubislaw32: An inference: Emma Caldwell (April 5th 2005, Glasgow) has been a spearheading murder victim, as early as Jan 2015. And it was her reinvestigation starting May 2015, which precipitated a move on Jane Doe 59 (Reet Jurvetson), the following month - June 2015.
Sept 30, 2023 3:57:19 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: Update: If the case that San Jose PD received a Stine shirt swatch with the Nov 21st 1969 letter. And, given that LAPD acted on Jane Doe 59 in June 2015, then one realistic conclusion: The Zodiac is suspected of murdering Reet Jurvetson, Nov 14th 1969, LA.

Rubislaw32: You see CA DOJ, these are the sorts of concerns the public might have about your leadership. Granted you appear to have a special relationship with SFPD. But, why did you not inform South Lake Tahoe, Vallejo & Riverside PD's that FBI were case-excluded ?
Sept 30, 2023 2:21:56 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: The FBI: Intelligence Processors of The Zodiac Killer case, in the service of case custodians CA DOJ, 1969 - 2015. Yes, lying FBI - it came to an end. NO LONGER REQUIRED, on account of your Director James Comey's case conduct. Take note, all media outlets.
Sept 30, 2023 1:32:28 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: Indeed, the focus will swing from who this man was, to why CA DOJ never solved it. Naturally, CA DOJ should desire to deliver Zodiac justice, but their actual abilities and case leadership will come into question, for performance of FBI alone - shambolic.
Sept 29, 2023 23:52:59 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: One has to wonder where the CA DOJ's head is ? In the sand ? No doubt they have weathered storms before, but the Zodiac case is the slow-burning mother of them all. Unsolved officially, it will never leave; soon to represent no hope left and only ridicule.
Sept 29, 2023 23:06:04 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: Sometime never, CA DOJ ? It's still your case and you still remain silent. What's the problem ? The cat got your tongue ? All the public have is a deciphered postscript from May 2022 - a rebuke to FBI's Dan Olson, who still behaves as a criminal. Speak up.
Sept 29, 2023 16:55:05 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: As Duane Davis is charged with the murder of Tupac Shakur, Las Vegas PD's sheriff becomes emotional when pointing out that Shakur's family have waited 27 years for justice. Double those 27 years ? 54 years, and still no Zodiac justice. A disgrace, CA DOJ.

Rubislaw32: Yup - ''pettax'' a.k.a. Tom Voigt really laid in to Mike Morford. Perhaps years of frustration that Morf has led a more charmed Z-internet life than Tom - and ran a much more successful site. Just who does pettax's avatar photo belong to ? Dead or Alive ?
Sept 29, 2023 11:27:40 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: ''pettax'' has been around for 5 years, and has made 351 posts at Voigt's site. He was used heavily to insult Mike Morford and give him a hard time over this MacGruber candidate-suspect, which stretched to over 3,000 pages of bitter & bad-tempered debate.
Sept 29, 2023 6:35:17 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: It's an interesting area of the law: Ghosting (identity theft). With regard to profiting over theft of a dead person's information or depiction, in the social media arena: The beneficiary of the deceased person's estate can sue the thief of the depiction.
Sept 29, 2023 6:00:40 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: So, where did Voigt acquire the avatar photo of a slightly sweaty man of about 32, in order to complete the illusion of ''pettax''? Could be Voigt trawls the Obituary sites hunting for a good candidate. Is Tom Voigt a cyber space ''body snatcher'' ?
Sept 29, 2023 5:21:10 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: It all makes sense now: Voigt pulls the glove puppet ''pettax'' out of his box of tricks, in order to insult the sleuthing skills of Mike Morford. pettax: ''Morf couldn't find Zodiac, even if he stood in front of the real deal.''. pettax a.k.a. Tom Voigt.
Sept 29, 2023 4:54:42 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: Is this Voigt in meltdown ?: pettax: 'I know this to be true in atleast (sic) one case. The reason I know is because I've asked.'. Apparently Voigt 'liked' that post. No doubt, the person asked was an 'excellent source', like Gold-snatcher aka Blame Blame.
Sept 29, 2023 3:55:31 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: How bad does it have to get, FBI ? Your paid-stooge Reality TV Dave conning a nuclear physicist, Dr Colleen Fitzpatrick ? Recently, you have produced ''Hell Hole'', a bullet casing & a poker chip. Your cringe-worthy stunts will be studied by comedians.
Sept 28, 2023 19:22:41 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: That's a feature of the FBI's cover-up stunts pulled in the last six years since Comey's May 2017 dismissal: FBI always leave a subliminal message for the Zodiac, in order to dissuade him from giving himself up. You are all too predictable, Numpty-FBI.
Sept 28, 2023 18:03:17 GMT -8
Rubislaw32: The Zodiac wasn't attending Riverside when Cheri Jo Bates was murdered. Z's short course had taken place earlier in the year (1966). We can thank the FBI for giving us ''San Bernardino'' as to where Z was residing for his certificate at Riverside College.
