Absolutely fascinating...that the perpetrator was Stephen Crawford,the security guard of the church who claimed to have found the body of Ms.Perry,all along.
And that dogged determination,with a series of forensic tests,eventually yielded the results,that incriminated Mr.Crawford.
I really only came across the details of this case,a year ago.Naturally,the Zodiac had been a suspect,in this murder,from a geographic proximity,alone.
What does appear to be likely though,and judging from content of the local university's newspaper,at various times,is that the Zodiac gatecrashed Stanford University's library and cafeterias.
Not so surprising really...he appears to have done this at Berkeley University,also.
Good news for Law Enforcement,though,and the surviving bereaved of the Arlis Perry.
