Jenny Lin was only 14yrs old when a killer entered her home, it was two days after her 14th birthday, on May 27th 1994. She was taken upstairs to the bathroom, tied up and then stabbed.
She was not molested nor was the house robbed. The window down stairs was broken from the inside. ( Was that to help let the soul go to paradise?)
This murder reminded me of Lake Berryessa and Cecilia Shepard, even though the area was not a lake, but there was water where Jenny was killed. Like Cecilia, Jenny played music.
John Lin, Jenny's father received a warning, but at the time didn't think of it as a true warning. A man came up to John at the Bart station, days before the murder and told John : I have your daughter.
John told me this himself, he said the man spoke in a odd way and that he had never heard the word daughter pronounced the way that man said it. ( Duaaaw-ter)
I was talking to John about that man ,because I felt the killer might be my suspect. He was in a rage at that time.
I didn't ask John what type of work did he do in San Francisco ? I thought that because the man spoke to John at Bart, he must have wanted to worry John about his daughter, he may have had a gruge againest John? ( Like Zodiac did in writing to Cheri Jo Bates's father about Cheri.)
The killer had to have watched the coming and going of the family for a while, to know how much time he would have without worry inside the home. I believe the killer wanted John to find his daughters body, which he did.
A couple of years ago my suspect who likes giving me clues to his murders, left a drawing of himself with a girl on either side of him. One of the girls was holding a kite, the other was standing in front of a sign that said Lynn. She had shorter hair than the girl holding the kite. He was holding a large paper like a newspaper and was pointing in two places.
I took it to mean there were two stories in the newspaper I needed to find. In the note with the drawing he mentioned flying an E-passion kite. I had no idea what that was, so I asked for help in a post at Zkiller.com. They came through for me and said it meant it was an Asian or Chinese kite.
So then I wanted to know if any female victim was killed while flying a kite ? There wasn't, but a victim was found in Vallejo 1974 she was Chinese , her name was Deana Hooper. A man and his son had been flying kites near "Blue Rock Springs" on St "Johns" mine rd.,one of the kites fell next to her bones.
She was last seen at Mare Island.
How many words jump out at you that are Zodiac like connections ? I see Blue Rock Springs, Darlene's daughter was named Deana, Mare Island was where Darlene had been the night she was killed. Johns , Kathleen, the Asian or Chinese writing like the symbol in the 1974 Exorcist letter , 14 =4-teen, like the Halloween card.
I need to check when Deana went missing ,I think it was 1973? If it was ,could the clue to her killer be in the Exorcist letter Jan 74 ?
The other girl in the drawing who was also Asian ,I believe could be Jenny Lin. The sign he drew behind her showed Lynn. This suspect wouldn't make it too easy for me to put the clues together by spelling her name correctly. Neither would Zodiac.
