Ricardo, you will like this one very much.
Below is a copy and paste from Morf's site. How I missed this post I have no idea? Its about the home at 1423 Roleen Dr, Vallejo. Greg Tagart is the son of the couple who received the letter from Zodiac with two tickets to the A's game for 6-20-1970.
Given Greg's employment and interest it certainly would seem that these tickets were a strange, perhaps sick, gift to fans given the possible Zodiac signature. However, I just read that one of the past owners of the A's was a Walter Haas Jr. (Didn't know that). Walter Haas Jr is a cousin to Madeleine Haas Russell who lived in the Haas - Lilienthal house at the corner of Washington and Maple. I have a post on this subject, as well as their connection to Levi Strauss, somewhere on this board. Believe Welsh Chappie actually created the thread. Also wrote a post somewhere concerning the architect Schmidt? for the same Haas Lilienthal house who also had a tie in to the Geary theater.
If you can dig into this Joseph Tagert I would very much appreciate it.

Ricardo and I went yrs ago to this home at 1 Spruce st ( One block past Maple) and investigated the person Robert P Lilienthal who lived there in 1969. There was a auction inside of the home, it had three levels. I went down to the lowest level , to what was a small apt. I could see where the stove and refer. were and a door I assumed it led to a bathroom. The large bay window faced the Julius Kahn Playground sign. The back door led to Pacific Ave. I had a strong feeling that Zodiac could have stood at that very window and watch everything he described in his letter to SFPD. It was the last direction Zodiac was headed.
A few months ago I went back to that back door and wrote down the address, so I could see if I could get the name of who lived there in 1969? The address for JK playground is 3420 Pacific Ave, the back door across from the sign was 3421 Pacific Ave. The way that the two homes are 1 and 2 Spruce, is confusing to know now which one had the down stairs that led to Pacific? James Felchlin lived at 3421 Pacific Ave apt. The address 2 Spruce was owned by Mabel Filmer who was a sec.tres.at Filmer Bros.Press- Taylor and Taylor.
For the name Lilienthal to come up with a connection to a family in Vallejo who received a possible Zodiac letter and A's tickets, I felt I needed to share this information. It looks like I will be doing more investigating into this!
