Two weeks ago,the Diablo Valley College,was subjected to more bathroom graffiti,of a threatening nature.This resulted in a ''walk out'' of students,and an ''Anti-hate'' protest.
The precise nature of the recent graffiti,was perceived as racist slurs.
One image depicted a ''Stick Man'' being lynched and hanged.The second was a message : '' No Whoggs for the trades ''.
Local newspapers had reported ''Whoggs'' incorrectly,as ''N*g*ers''.
It is probable that the inaccurate reportage was deliberate,on account of ''Whoggs'' being a word,relatively unknown.
It is clear that,''Whoggs'' was a deliberate misspelling of the derogatory word ''Wogs'',and more familiar in Britain,where it is seen as an outdated term for foreigners with apparent ethnicity.
Historically,''Wogs'' stands for ''Wily Oriental Gentlemen''.
If we set aside,the perceived ''hoax'' Zodiac note,received by the Diablo Valley College,on December 13th 2018,the series of graffiti attacks,appear to start sharing the month of March,as a common link.This one,in the last fortnight.And,the previous attack,in March 2018,which referred to the imminent threat of shootings,on campus.In fact,we can go back to 1997,and again in the month of March,for an attack,at the same college,involving Anti-Semitic slurs.
With,and as perceived,visual links between the ''hoax'' Zodiac note,and the ''Greetings from Ireland'' card,featured in this thread,I have taken it upon myself to contact ''Al Pizzano'',the Chief of Police of Pleasant Hill,to make him aware of the similarities.
In addition,to point out to him that the graffiti,present and past,which has tended to appear,close to St.Patrick's Day.

Even if we consider the likelihood of both the '' Z Note '' and ''Greetings from Ireland'' card to be hoaxes....there are nonetheless,some interesting apparent links,between the two.
i] The ''Greetings from Ireland'' card,contains the year,1846.In 1846,The Republic of Texas became The State of Texas.And,went on to become known as ''The Lone Star State'',on account of it being the 13th and last of the official Confederate States,to join The Union of States.In the '' Z Note '',we see,both the ''Lone Star'' and the ''13th''.Note also,''one big thirteenth'',in the Zodiac's ''13 Hole Card''.
ii] The use of '' LUCKY ' in the '' Z Note '' and ''Are you feeling lucky ? '',in the ''Greetings from Ireland'' card.In addition,''The Zodiac'' wishes us,''Good Luck'' in solving the Cipher Riddle,with respect to the Z263 Cipher,contained in the two 1988 New Canaan Letters.
iii] The use of ''IMBECILE'' in the '' Z Note ''.A largely outdated derogatory term for someone ''without a clue''.Note Balloon Captain 66's employment of ''Imbecile'',in his note to Rubislaw 32...on page one,of this thread.
iv] The signature '' - Z '',employed in the '' Z Note ''.This has been used by The Zodiac,before.Notably,in the Halloween Card,and appearing,in effect,behind the postage stamp on the 1990 Celebrity Cipher,according to Rubislaw 32 [...and difficult,on a probability basis,for the FBI's Cryptanalysis Unit,to deny....for they would know it to be the case,anyway,after carefully removing the postage stamp.]

It has now been revealed,by the Diablo Valley College's newspaper ''The Inquirer'',the precise wording of the graffiti,written on rest room walls,of the Business Languages Arts building,on Monday evening,March 25th 2019.
This graffiti,about 15 hours before Mr.Tom Voigt received bogus information,with regard to Zodiac DNA.
The graffiti,was as follows :
'' Sand niggers go back to your terrorist countries ''
It appears that the following,has been added :
'' Technically Arse ''
''Technically Arse'' is British parlance,for ''Literally nonsense''.

A photograph of the March 25th 2019 graffiti,is now available,to view,in the updated Dablo Valley College's ''Inquirer'' internet newspaper.
It certainly looks as though,someone has applied a felt marker,to a toilet cistern.
There seems to be debate,as to whether the ''addition'' reads ''Technically Arsse'' or ''Technically Pisse''.
On examination,I believe it to be ''Technically Arsse'',with of course,a deliberate [?] misspelling of the word '' Arse ''.

Recent edition's of Diablo Valley College's ''Inquirer'' internet newspaper indicate the level of indignation and morale sapping upset,that has befallen the students and lecturers,alike,in the wake of a terror campaign of hate.With three attacks,in just over three months,between December 2018 and March 2019.
In last week's April 15th edition,pictures were published,from CCTV evening footage,of a young man,we must assume,that investigating police would wish to have identified.
Perhaps 18-20 years old,of slightly above average height,the young man was wearing a red hooded outer jacket,and carrying a small light brown rucksack over his shoulder.He was also donning large sunglasses.
If the man can be identified,one presumes that there will be a call for justice,from the college,as well as the general public.And with it,transparency of motive and influences.
It is certainly the case,that head of investigtions,Police Chief Al Pizzano,is aware of the ''Greetings from Ireland'' card,and its probable influence,on graffiti ''artist''.
Again I stress the need for anyone having any related knowledge or holding any pertinent information,to come forward,and assist the police,in their investigations.

The Diablo Valley College's ''The Inquirer'' have just updated their April 15th edition,to include an appeal for further information,from Lt.Ryan Huddleston of the Pleasant Hill Police.
The recent photos published,from CCTV footage,depict,from the police's estimation,a man of 5ft 8in in height.And,between 20 and 30 years of age.He is also a cigarette smoker.
A ''Silent Witness'' anonymous hotline, [925] 229 - 6464 ,is offered for anyone that might have further information,to offer the investigating police.

Get ready ------
The final line,'' Get ready ----- '',is reminiscent of the first line,'' Get ready '',of the message left in rest rooms of Diablo Valley College,threatening shootings,on December 13th,five months ago.
A further firearms threat,at California High School,San Ramon,has been made for Memorial Day,Monday May 27th.
Police have assured the school,that their presence will remain,for the remainder of the school term.

Schools are going ''back to class'' now,in the USA,after a summer break.
In recent times,the phenomenon of hate and violence threats seem to have been most prevalent in the San Francisco Bay area,The L.A. vicinity,and the Tampa Bay area of Florida.
Only six days ago,at Burnside Middle School,Hillsborough County,Florida,the following message was found :
'' Dear BMS students,I will be shooting the skool up September 3rd 2019,Be ready to say you're goodbyes to you're family - because that is final.Good Luck - be ready. ''.

Fascinating! I am so glad I found this site! These threats are from 2019, yet I never heard of them before. You are right: the coincidences are too many to be anything but well-planned coordination: A hallmark of Z.

Thanks for your interest. The graffiti artist concerned was considered a young man, in his twenties, clean-shaven and wearing dark glasses...and hooded, by token of his jacket.
On March 26th 2019 ( one day following the March 25th in 2021 when the Zodiac's '' Zodiac sister/s personal ad. appeared in the Seattle Times ) the Zodiac contributor Tom Voigt was humiliated by the Bay area cops publishing his criminal record, and passing on erroneous Zodiac DNA news to him. Voigt had been found to have inspired the graffiti artist , with Voigt's known Zodiac hoaxing and, Voigt refused to co-operate with investigating police over the messages of race-hate and gun violence to schools and colleges in the Bay area.
In June of 2019 , and without Voigt's assistance, the graffiti artist was finally apprehended . But Bay area police have never issued his name, nor if punishment was apportioned, through due judicial processes.
