What's you opinion Zam, you think Z came from that direction and stopped to do his thing before going back that way toward Benicia? Did he come from Vallejo direction, stop, do his thing, then proceed on toward benicia or go back toward Vallejo? Or should we add a box to tick with the option of 'None of the above?'
Was he already there and came from the other side of the gate coming from the direction of the pumping station itself?
It still baffles me how, if he's in a vehicle, he can drive away over a few miles of country lane road here and down the winding mountain road for mile after mile that leads from Lake B, and do so while cops are responding to the locations at or very near the exact time he's making his 4 wheeled escape and not one responding cop car see's him.

He, Cipher Slayer of the Cosmos, didn't seem to like the idea of a male meeting him on a fair and even playing field & that could be due to an overall lack of courage or, and as I like to think more likely, it's thanks to David Faraday. Faraday's body had marks consistent with that of being in a struggle and/or fight. A swelling on the lower jaw consistent with being hit by a fist or solid object (such as butt of a gun) along with marks on his neck as though grabbed or struggling with someone who had their arm around his neck.
Zodiac himself did say "Some of them Fought, it was horrible" so is this a reference to David?
Did David make a grab for Z's arm and gun and find himself wrestling and being hit while shouting for Betty-Lou to run! Zodiac in that scenario manages to over-power David and fires a shot into his head instantly rendering David incapacitated which allows him to then switch focus to, and aim at, the fleeing Betty-Lou to cut her escape short? If so, David died a true hero giving his own life while trying to protect his female companion and buy precious seconds to allow her to escape.
We know after he hung up the phone and it began to ring almost instantly that he learned from this because next time he phones to report his latest outburst he bid's farewell and then drop the receiver letting it dangle freely off the the hook. Was the same learning from previous errors showing when he stopped a good 8 to 10 ft away from Bryan Hartnell and, even at this distance when he thinks he has possibly overheared Bryan ask Cecelia should he make a grab for the gun, steps back a couple of steps ensuring Bryan is not within range to even try.
Blue Rock, Mike He attempts to eliminate straight away by aiming at his temple, and firing. Luck or 0.3 of a second were his saving grace that time because Mike jerked his head back as the gunman was applying pressure to the trigger spoiling his aim.
I think Faraday more than likely surprised Zodiac with resistance that he did not expect or want based on his injuries and also, his personality and 'no nonsense' attitude seen described by others that knew him also lends to the idea of a non compliant personality when faced with being victimised.

Has there been any further discussion about the graffiti left last year, at the crime scene? I think it may be of the Zodiac. How hard would it be if someone just sneaked a hidden cctv into some boulder (clew) or a nearby high hollow?
The ghouls have probably got metal detectors tucked in their anoraks.

Yeah Imagine reviewing that covert surveillance footage.....
"Here is another set of headlights....ITS PULLIG IN.....THE CAR HAS STOPPED RIGHT THERE! The door to driver side has been opened and suspect appears to be holding a felt tip permenant marker pen! Suspect is struggling to exit vehicle with aid of walking stick. Suspect is now in full view...erhhh, aboout 5 ft 10, white hair around side of head and bald on top. Suspect is A White Male, Approx 85 to 95 years old, suspect is writing the graffiti....He's writing the Graffiti! We have it all on videota.......Oh dear...He seems to have bent down to write and now he can't get back up. Oh He seems in agony, I will write a book about this one day! Yes! "This is the Zodaic Weeping: Please Help me, I cannot remain on all fours much loner or I will lose all control again and wet myselffor the nineth, possibly tenth time.
PS: I am the same man who fell in Lake Berryessa on Sep. 27 two days ago. To prove this, here is a water soaked running shoe.
Me - Too old for this shit. SFPD - Threw me out of their HQ for wasting police time & making false claims and statements.

Most of the signs which had bullet holes and graffiti on them have been replaced. The guard rail has been painted. There was some unusual graffiti which can no longer be seen on the guard rail. When I was there on July 5, 2014, it was the first time that I saw the unusual graffiti on the guard rail. The graffiti was the following: Top Row: WHO IS ZODICA IS ARTHUR DEAN FERRIN Some Dirty Cops LIKE ED Rust or OlllO GENE MEMying 9/27/69 JOHN LYNCH SFD SEE ITSBottom Row: COVE UP Fuck JACK Mulinax Arthur Zodica Fuck BET ME 12/20/68 - 7/4/69 DIRT COPS DAVID(Note: There was other graffiti which had been there previously.)
