You have to admit Zodiac would be @ least 78 - 79 now , a trial would be 5 mil $
Without anything concretely tying the man to any of the crimes like dna , fingerprints on 912 ? or a collection of victims items , eyewitnesses ID ing them wouldn't work after 50 years.
Even if he confessed , that isn't reliable
It's very unlikely a state DA would try it
