''The Bearded Man'' seen leaving the Logan Airport building, and accompanying Joan Webster and her blue suitcase, was seen by a female acquaintance of Miss Webster,at distance, and a taxi driver - presumably at closer quarters.
Based on a description of ''The Bearded Man'',a composite facial picture was made,by the investigating police.
For reasons unknown, this composite was suppressed from public viewing until recently, when it became available to Eve Carson,sister-in-law to Miss Webster.
Ms.Carson has seen fit to avail various sites on the internet with the composite, and can be viewed quite freely.
So,if anyone is able to post the composite here,I do not believe that any laws would be broken.
Is the man, with the frizzy hair and frizzy beard,The Zodiac Killer ?
Is Zodiac the first trans-Atlantic serial killer ?

American nationals came from all over the U.S.A.,but particularly from the States of California,Louisiana and Texas. Their predominant travelling itinerary would be to fly to the Airports of either Newark,New Jersey,or Logan,Boston. These airports represented their trans-Atlantic gateway.Flying to Dublin,London or Amsterdam, these Oil personnel could then catch a connection to Aberdeen Dyce Airport,Aberdeen,Scotland. Newark and Logan, therefore, were their ''American'' connections. ---------------- It comes as a,perhaps minor coincidence, that a murder, sometimes associated with The Zodiac Killer, should involve both Newark and Logan Airports. That of the unsolved case of Miss Joan Webster, age 25,a Harvard graduate student, who flew from Newark to Logan,on Eastern Flight 960,on the 28th of November 1981. On arrival at Logan Airport,Miss Webster was seen talking to a ''bearded man'' at ''Baggage reclaim'',then seen leaving the airport terminal, with this [presumed] man. She was never seen again. Two days later,Miss Webster was reported missing from her Harvard University residence. Two days following this, her purse and wallet, were recovered from a marshy area, close to Logan Airport. On January 29th 1982,Joan Webster's [unopened] Lark suitcase, was recovered from Boston's Greyhound Bus Station. Finally,on April 18th 1990,the remains of Joan Webster, were discovered under a wood pile,in forest land at Hamilton,MA,U.S.A. She was identified from dental records.Though precise cause of death cannot be certain, examination of her skull suggests that, like Brenda Page, she sustained massive blunt force trauma,to her head. As with many unsolved cases,in the intervening years, many theories abound, including an ''eccentric'' one,by History scholar Gareth Penn, that Miss Webster was murdered by Harvard lecturer,Michael Henry O'Hare - whom, according to Penn, was also The Zodiac Killer. ---------------- Well,it may have been seen,as a bit far fetched, for Penn to accuse Mr.O'Hare of Miss Webster's murder. But,the notion that her perpetrator was Zodiac, may not be so ''out of the ballpark''. If perhaps,Zodiac was an Oil worker [?]. It would appear that Joan Webster was offered a lift to Harvard University,at ''Baggage reclaim''.By someone, perhaps, that had previously met her at ''Newark Departures''[?].Someone, that traveled on that same Eastern Flight 960,as Miss Webster [?]. Someone, perhaps, who had elected to take time out from their journey, with ultimate destination,Aberdeen,Scotland [?]. Merely a coincidence ? Following my previous post,I came across a letter, made public,by Eve Carson,sister-in-law to the late Joan Webster. Ms.Carson had been attempting to gain information,on Ms.Webster's case, from The District Attorney's office, for Essex County,MA - who officially hold jurisdiction over Ms.Webster's unsolved murder. The letter, from The District Attorney,in effect denied Ms.Carson her requested information. By way of some explanation,The District Attorney added : ''As we then informed you, this office,in co-operation with other law enforcement agencies, had renewed the investigation into Miss Webster's murder, prior to your request. This coincided with the renewal of investigations into other unsolved, and possibly connected murders, from the same era.'' This letter, that Ms.Carson received, was dated March 2nd 2015. March 2nd 2015,was three days following the official re-investigation request, into the murder of Brenda Page,in Aberdeen,Scotland.

Eve Carson obtained documents which included a composite sketch of the bearded man who allegedly left Logan Airport with Joan Webster on November 28, 1981. For some reason, law enforcement did not publicize the composite sketch of the bearded man during the investigation.

Yes Ricardo, the bearded man,as intimated,is a composite constructed by investigating police,of the person seen accompanying Joan Webster out of Logan Airport,by a taxi driver and acquaintance of Miss Webster.I believe that there were other people familiar with Miss Webster, that observed this same man talking to Miss Webster,at ''Baggage reclaim''.
So,probably a good likeness [?].
Regarding the composite's suppression from public viewing ? It may have been LE's intention to circulate the composite. But,in the weeks following Joan Webster's disappearance, her family received anonymous phone calls and cards. It may have been, that the investigating police believed that the composite would have been an unnecessary distraction, from a potential ''abduction'' scenario[?].What actually transpired was that they gave the composite to Joan's father,George. It is presumed that he elected not to circulate the composite, publicly.
As it transpired, the police increasingly started to suspect a lobster fisherman and ''small time'' drug smuggler,Lenny Paradiso,of being responsible for Joan Webster's disappearance. One should bear in mind, that Miss Webster's body was not discovered for another nine years, and no one actually knew if her ''abduction'' had resulted in her death.
Two years prior, the body of Marie Innuzzi had been discovered in marsh land,at Saugus, near Logan Airport.Miss Innuzzi had been strangled, with her own scarf. This spot was the same place that police had found Joan Webster's purse and wallet.
In 1984,Lenny Paradiso was tried and found guilty,of the murder of Marie Innuzzi. He died in prison,in 2008,protesting his innocence to the end.Mr.Paradiso was never charged with Miss Webster's murder. At no time did Paradiso resemble ''The Bearded Man''.
As intimated also,a request by Eve Carson, for more information on police investigations, was denied her,by Essex County District Attorney,Jonathan Sprodgett, two years ago. This,on the claim that ''Other Law Enforcement Agencies'' had recently shown an interest in Joan Webster's case.
Ms.Carson has, however, managed to procure the composite of ''The Bearded Man'' - and letter sent to LE,from April 1982.The author remains unknown,in the public domain. It is thought that this correspondence was responsible for a shift in the investigation,to dredge and find a sunken boat, belonging to Mr.Paradiso.
Perhaps this correspondence, actually came from Joan Webster's perpetrator [?].Possibly to avert attention from him,and to focus attention more on Mr.Paradiso [?].
Is it possible that this correspondence, came from ''The Bearded Man'' [?].Someone, who may also have been The Zodiac Killer [?].

On a point of Joan Webster's parents,George and Eleanor Webster :
Their daughter's disappearance received ''high profile'' press reportage since, apart from being ''mystifying'',her background was considered ''privileged'' and ''High Society''.
In addition,George and Eleanor were both ex-employees of the CIA,which gave her case extra intrigue.
Looking back, they and Law Enforcement, may well have viewed her disappearance as a possible kidnapping, and were, effectively, waiting for instructions from ''abductor''.The anonymous cards and phone calls, more than likely, compounded this theory. As it turned out,the cards and calls did not materialize into ''demands''.
It was probably agreed,at the time,''not'' to circulate ''The Bearded Man'' composite,so as not to alert her ''probable'' captor, that his likeness was known.
But strange that the composite was never released, until recently [?].One could argue that,it amounts to ''historical significance'',now [?].
Nevertheless,it is perhaps, encouraging that ''Other Law Enforcement Agencies'' have shown an interest,in the last two years.
As well as the cards,it is known that George and Eleanor Webster taped the phone calls, and handed the tapes on to the investigating police.
So,the recent interest shown by ''agencies'',will at least, have some material,to work on.

As some general commentary of events leading up to Lenny Paradiso's trial for the murder of Marie Innuzzi :
By 1984,Joan Webster's disappearance was approaching three years in duration. At a pre-trial hearing of Mr.Paradiso, witness testimony was given by two women against Paradiso. The hearing was attended by George and Eleanor Webster, who were then interviewed by reporters, with negative comments offered against Paradiso.
Mr.and Mrs.Webster were perfectly within their legal rights to attend the hearing - but, could it not have been seen as prejudicial, against Paradiso [?].Not least, that Newspapers were then allowed to go and print this [?].
The ''inference'' became apparent that Paradiso had murdered Miss Innuzzi on his boat, which ''allowed'' a suggestion that, this is how Miss Webster also met her fate. All sorts of witnesses of dubious character, themselves, testified that Paradiso was physically abusive towards women. In addition, that Paradiso had never really declared his earnings to the taxman, and that his boat had been deliberately scuppered,in order to defraud its insurers.
Examining how the Law actually dealt with Paradiso, one could be forgiven for thinking that he was figuratively ''hung, drawn and quartered'' - and that he appeared to be on trial for Miss Webster's disappearance,as well as Miss Innuzzi's death.
Even Miss Innuzzi,in death, didn't seem to come out of it well - the girlfriend of ''one'' David Doyle - a serial baggage thief at Logan Airport.
It remains to be seen,if this recent ''interest'' shown by other Law Enforcement Agencies, can shed more light on the many ''questionable'' aspects of both Miss Webster and Miss Innuzzi's ''ultimate'' injustices....and,the possible miscarriage of justice ''apportioned'' to Mr.Paradiso [?].
Were Joan Webster and Marie Innuzzi, actually victims of The Bearded Man ?
Was ''Lenny'',Zodiac's ''Slave of Paradiso'' ?

Two further pertinent details emerge from Mr.Paradiso's ''judgement'' by those appointed,of his responsibility for the murder of Marie Innuzzi :
It has now been established that,at the time of Joan Webster's disappearance,Paradiso's boat no longer existed as a sea going vessel. Therefore, the boat could not have had any involvement in Miss Webster's death. As for Miss Innuzzi, the question still remains open.
It has been noted by a number of observers,at both Mr.Paradiso's hearing and trial that, some of the witnesses that testified against Paradiso, would have been only too aware of a $50,000 reward, offered by Miss Webster's family,in relation to information on Joan's disappearance.
About $350,000,in ''To-day's Money''.

It is worth considering the different possible angles regarding the Joan Webster case.
Thanks to Eve Carson there is more information about the investigation available for the public to examine.
As you are doing, it is important to look at the information from different perspectives to be able to discern which theories are open to speculation.
There is still information which has not been made public, so there are still questions.

Indeed Ricardo.Ms.Carson continues in her quest for answers and justice, with respect to Joan Webster.
Recent interest shown by other LE agencies, may shed further light [?].
With regard to Ms.Websters disappearance, specifically, readers might be interested to note that, within three hours of her exit from Logan Airport, presumably with the bearded man,a fire broke out at Lynn,a town 15 miles north-east of the airport.
This, now referred to,as ''The Great Fire of Lynn 1981'',raged for 12 hours, and destroyed countless homes and work units, including The Benson Shoe factory, which was the largest manufacturer of shoes,in the U.S.A.
The fire's demands, started by an arsonist's incendiary device, included emergency services, from all over the State, and 500 firemen to bring the inferno under control.
Strangely,Lynn is exactly half-distance from Logan Airport, and the woodland at Hamilton, where Joan Webster's remains were discovered,in April 1990.
Questions regarding a ''diversionary'' tactic,by her perpetrator, most certainly come to mind [?].
And a further detail. When the the woodpile was examined, that had masked Ms.Webster's remains,it was discovered that ''fresh'' wood had been added to the pile,on at least one occasion,in the intervening eight and a half years, between her disappearance and discovery.

Eve Carson,sister-in-law to the late Joan Webster, continues to unearth as many facts surrounding the disappearance and death of Ms.Webster,as she is able.
More recently, she has learned that Joan and ''The Bearded Man'' exited Logan Airport's Eastern Terminal building, and together, sought a lift from a resident taxi driver. The same cabbie, whose description, largely constituted the composite of the bearded man, composed by investigating police.
The recorded ''fact'' that the cabbie assisted the couple,to place their ''two'' suitcases in the trunk of his car, indicates that both Joan, and the bearded man,had arrived by means of an aeroplane.
As it transpires,it appears that the two suitcases were too big,to both fit into the cabbie's trunk.
Police reports indicated that the bearded man was not happy at this, and elected to opt for another taxi, that would be able to accommodate both suitcases.
The ''spurned'' cabbie was therefore at close quarters to the bearded man, offering what is presumed to be an accurate description of the bearded man.
Also, indicating that he estimated the bearded man to have been 6ft 4in,in height.

The recent information on Joan Webster's departure, from Logan Airport, has been acquired by Eve Carson, from Saugus Police Department.
Essentially, witness testimony by the taxi driver, whose lift was turned down,in favour of a presumed second taxi driver.
The bearded man was estimated at 6ft 4in,in height, and 240lbs,in weight....a ''big'' man.In addition, approximately 35-40 years of age.Joan Webster had initiated the initial request of a lift,by tapping on the taxi driver's car window, and stating her ''Cambridge'' destination....the town of her Harvard residency.
Saugus,it might be noted, was where,in a remote and marshy area, that Ms.Webster's purse and wallet were later found....and where, three years earlier,Marie Ianuzzi's body was located, having been strangled with her own scarf.
Ms.Carson is unable to acquire information held by Essex County DA's office,on account of ''other LE agencies'' having taken an interest in Ms.Webster's case.It is Essex County,MA that hold jurisdiction over Ms.Webster's murder case,on account of her body being recovered at Hamilton [April 1990],a remote town that falls inside the borders of Essex County.
It has always been generally agreed that Joan Webster's murder was premeditated, and committed by someone with good knowledge of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.Known also,as ''The Bay State''.
Strangely perhaps,a coincidence emerges in this case, with regard to proximity of Hamilton,in relation to the case of The Zodiac Killer.
Hamilton's closest neighbouring town, that actually lies on the coast,is Manchester-by-the-Sea,a small seaside resort, more commonly known as Manchester.
Manchester,MA is the home town of William Joseph Grant,at one time a Zodiac suspect,on account of extraordinary coincidences linking him to acts perpetrated by the infamous serial killer. Not least, appearing to always having the same model of motorcar,as driven by the Zodiac.
William Joseph Grant,is believed to have been about 5ft 11in,and in 1981,the year of Joan Webster's disappearance, would have been 61 years of age.
So,it is most unlikely that WJGrant, himself, would have been ''The Bearded Man''.
An interesting connection,nevertheless.

Though it is known that Joan Webster's parents received cards and phone calls from someone claiming to have knowledge of their daughter, following her disappearance on November 28th 1981,none of the material has surfaced,in the public domain.
However,in the Zodiac FBI Files [NO.4,Pages 72-77],there is evidence that various police departments and FBI offices were examining comparisons with Zodiac correspondence, already established, and ''Zodiac'' correspondence ''unconfirmed''.
This relates to April of 1982 - about five months following Ms.Webster's disappearance. The LE agencies included Saugus,Harvard and Boston Police Departments, and Newark and Boston branch offices of the FBI.
So,regardless of any highlighting of Ms.Webster's case that German Languages Historian,Gareth Penn, might have had,in relation to the Zodiac Killer,Law Enforcement, themselves, had early on,seen a possible link between Ms.Webster and the infamous serial killer.

In light of a letter, made public by Eve Carson, from the District Attorney of Essex County,MA,informing her that ''other LE agencies'' had taken an interest in Joan Webster's case [March 2015],it is worth noting,at least, the nature of the information, that ''other LE agencies''may be examining.
Clearly, pathologists reports and possible flight passenger manifests. But in addition,I would suggest,is the correspondence received,in the wake of Ms.Webster's disappearance.
Here listed,is the,so far,available information,in chronological order,following Ms.Webster's disappearance from Logan Airport,Boston,on November 28th 1981.
December 9th 1981 : An unspecified phone call of extortion,to Ms.Webster's parents,George and Eleanor.
December 18th 1981 : A phone call to Mr.and Mrs.Webster,claiming that their daughter,Joan,is alive.
Following an initial reward of $10,000,from the Websters [...which would be later raised to $25,000 and $50,000...],on January 18th 1982 :
January 19th 1982 : An anonymous call made to Saugus Police Department, claiming that Leonard Paradiso may be responsible for the murders of Marie Ianuzzi and Joan Webster. The caller was later identified as ''Patty Bono''.
January 25th 1982 : An anonymous letter is sent to Boston Police Department, claiming that Joan Webster was murdered at a University fraternity party.
April 4th 1982 : An anonymous letter,of unspecified nature,is mailed from Cambridge,MA,to the District attorney for Middlesex County,MA.
April 21st 1982 : 2 cards are sent to Mr.and Mrs.Webster,claiming knowledge of their daughter,Joan.
May 2nd 1982 : An anonymous phone call is received by Mr.and Mrs.Webster, claiming that Joan is alive.
October 14th 1982 : A phone call of extortion is made, claiming that Joan is alive. The caller is later identified as ''Harvey Martel''.
October 25th 1982 : An anonymous phone call is received, claiming that Joan Webster is being held by drug dealers in Maine.
---------------------
As referred in a previous post,it is understood that the police assisted George and Eleanor Webster,to tape any incoming phone calls.
The composite of the ''Bearded Man'',seen leaving Logan Airport with Joan Webster, was drawn up,the month following her disappearance [December 1981],but never released into the public domain.
An inference being that,if Joan had been kidnapped,it might not have been prudent to alert an abductor to the fact that his likeness was known. But as time went on,and the likelihood of her well being diminished,it remains a mystery why the composite was not eventually released [?].

Eve Carson,sister-in-law to Joan Webster, continues in her attempts to gain access to further information, contained within Joan's case file.
Recently,Ms. Carson revealed the contents of Joan's tote bag, which was never recovered.
Joan's blue Lark suitcase was recovered from [purportedly] Boston Greyhound Bus Station, and on inspection, was presumed to be unopened.
Joan's purse was recovered, near to the side of a road,at Saugus.Money believed to be contained, had been removed.
Joan's tote bag was never recovered. However, contents known, included music albums, clothes and jewellery, and a show program or ''playbill'',from a production of ''Pirates of Penzance'',by Gilbert and Sullivan.
